NYC CLIMATE COMMISH HEADS TO CLIMATE WEEK: As Climate Week kicks off in New York City, Department of Environmental Protection Commissioner Rohit Aggarwala plans to meet with his counterparts from cities such as London and Copenhagen to trade notes on things like stormwater resilience.
POLITICO talked to Aggarwala before the annual climate gathering in conjunction with the U.N. General Assembly. Just last week, he was in Queens educating homeowners on what they can do to fortify their homes as sudden downpours put a strain on the city’s water and sewage system:
